poor ventilation excessive dust
the room was adequately sized and had good facilities.
the room was not well-ventilated, and i struggled to breathe easily. the dust was excessive, and i had to leave to purchase cough medicine late at night. i found it difficult to open a window for fresh air.

I found the location to be central. The shops and castle were an easy walk. The room felt peaceful despite being on a main road. I appreciated the constant hot water available in the bathroom. It was very useful.

amazing stay!
the staff was so kind and helpful the room was amazing i requested a bottle of bubbly and rose petals all over the room it's in a great location close to lots of bars and restaurants the castle is just a couple of minutes away too. the hotel also has a nice little cocktail bar in the basement i will definitely be going back

I was grateful for the hotel's central location. The shops and bars were a short walk away. The hotel contacted us about our arrival time, thoughtful. The beds and pillows were comfy.
The shower in my room lacked hot water. This was inconvenient.
