a wonderful stay
ample space separate dining area rooftop view
The room provided ample space. It had a sofa and chairs. there was also a separate dining area. the view over the rooftops was a special treat.. i could see the firth of forth. i found the location quiet, yet it was just a short walk into the city center.

Really good Suite and Great Location
spacious suite honesty bar on-site parking
The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The honesty bar proved handy for drinks and snacks. Parking on site was a huge bonus (this simplified my travels greatly).

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
noise level constant banging
The staff was friendly and helpful enough.
The noise level was unacceptable. I counted 26 door slams in one minute. Room 16 may look great, but the constant banging from doors above and below ruined the experience. This made preparing for a wedding frustrating!

Fantastic Stay
bright apartment spacious apartment straightforward instructions
The suite was amazing, very bright and spacious. It had a vintage style. Sandy went the extra mile to smooth my arrival. It was great. She left straightforward instructions for me to access my apartment, as the reception's open hours did not align with my train's arrival time.
The parking was private, but there was a fee of fifteen pounds.

The hotel is located within 25 minutes from the Royal Mile. Dean Village is very close. It is just next to the hotel. It is easy to get into the city center from here. It is quite convenient.

Raul from the reception was very kind. He was helpful. Emmanuel was also helpful and kind. He provided great assistance . The staff is very friendly. They are always ready to help.
