the staff was very helpful with directions.
The air conditioning was awful! it barely worked, and the room felt stuffy the entire time. also, breakfast was a complete disaster, finding a clean table was a chore. The food ran out fast. And nobody seemed to care. the juice tasted watered down!

The room lacked basic amenities. there wasn't even complimentary water provided, pretty annoying. the breakfast service was a mess. I had trouble finding cutlery and the staff didn't seem to care! the milk tasted spoiled. I couldn't even enjoy a simple cup of tea.

the reception staff provided paper maps and helpful advice. i found bicycle hire convenient for exploring. the location offered easy access to sights within a 15-minute radius. the value for money reflected a high standard and excellent service.
i noticed the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room, i think provision could be a nice addition.
