shuttle bus advance notice
i was a bit let down. the taxi service was a problem. i looked for the shuttle bus when i landed, but it was not there. i called the hotel and staff said i must order it way earlier (24 hours in advance). i took a taxi for around 30 euro. i think they should remove the airport shuttle from the website.

An acceptable stay, but issues arose
The location provides convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room I received was quite basic. It lacked the special touches I anticipated for the price. I requested transport to the port, but the receptionist booked it to the airport instead. I contacted the hotel to inform them of this mistake. They did not acknowledge or apologize for it. This led to extra costs and I missed my boat.

historic district excellent restaurant front desk
the hotel's location is in the heart of the historic district. walking everywhere was easy. excellent restaurants are steps from the front door. i secure hotel with the 24 hour front desk staff.
the rooms are underwhelming. they are basic for the price i paid. i expected more from the room and its amenities.

the staff were available 24 hours at the front desk to answer questions. they provided assistance with buzz ins for added safety. the reception service ensured a secure and accessible environment.

friendly staff helpful staff breakfast bags real care basic room dated decor rather disappointing
the staff was very friendly and helpful. they even made breakfast bags for us when we had to leave early. this showed real CARE.
our room were very basic. they are also dated for the price we paid. this was rather disappointing for the one night we stayed.
