I appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transport. The metro made city access simple. The staff were helpful. They assisted with directions and provided local information. Breakfast was so nice. I found a diverse selection of high-quality items available each morning, with lots of tasty options, i will never forget it! The room was tech-forward. I liked the integrated controls.
The room cleaning sometimes occurred later in the day. This meant it occasionally coincided with our afternoon rest periods.

I appreciated the staff's attention. Julio specifically helped with directions and suggestions for family visits. The breakfast was great at the restaurant. The location is perfect in an elegant neighbourhood. I found the building beautiful with a calm and warm atmosphere .
The hotel is not very central so transportation is required for main attractions.

the breakfast had fresh fruit and tasty pastries, i appreciated that. the outside terrace included a swimming pool and a shaded area. my room was a generous size with a large modern shower. the staff was very helpful, i appreciate that.
the hotel had very small expresso coffee cups in the room. these cups wasn't suitable for drinking tea. the room cleaning occured only in the afternoon, what was unconvenient. the hotel don't provide a ' do not disturb ' notice for the door, that was a real problem.

i thought the hotel food was excellent. breakfast was also top notch. our room was super clean and full of amenities every day. i found a great shower with lots of space.
the television only had a few channels i could understand. there are not any information to use room service. i also notice the hotel dont provide a 'do not disturb ' notice for the door. this is really something i felt was missing.
