The staff was kind and professional. Breakfast had many options, including fresh eggs and bread. The room was big, had a balcony, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also has a cool pool and a gym.
The internet signal was weak in the room (I hope they fix it soon).

the room was relatively large, it met my expectations.
i had some issues. i asked for a wake-up call, but it never came. this almost made me miss an important meeting. also, the minibar wasn't restocked daily, so i always had to call to get water.

The staff were friendly. The location is very close to a metro station with good links to the city center. the room looked recently updated. during my stay, i chose to not have daily cleaning, and i received a complimentary drink.
the floor in my room had some spots that squeaked a bit.
