Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable with amazing soundproofing. The only downside was not being able to open the windows, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, with friendly and accommodating staff who responded to special requests with ease. The location was perfect for exploring the historic center of Cartagena, offering a truly immersive experience. The dining options were excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.
I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the old city with so much to explore. The rooms were comfortable, but the only downside was the lack of powerful air conditioning in the spacious room. The service was excellent, although the bright lights in the hall were a bit much. The dining experience was unique and enjoyable, but the breakfast options could have been more varied.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The cozy colonial-style rooms were very comfortable, but the noise from the kitchen area in the morning was quite disruptive. The location was excellent in the historic center, but the lack of openable windows was a downside.
