I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was very clean and came with higher-end toiletries, which was nice, but facing the courtyard on the first floor was inconvenient for me. However, the room was quiet overall.

The location was calm and relaxing, just a short walk from the absolute center of the walled city. Being in Getsamani offered slightly cheaper food options and plenty of choices. The staff, especially driver Mario, was helpful and accommodating.

The service was exceptional, especially Pablo who truly made us feel at home. The location is perfect, just outside the walled city in Getsamani, offering plenty of food options.
