I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and well laid out with great views from the balconies. The beds were super comfortable, and the his and her sinks were a nice touch. The staff's service was incredible, they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to take care of us. The location was perfect, giving me peace and tranquility while being in the heart of the city. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a cozy and enjoyable stay.

My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms felt like a cozy apartment with great soundproofing, although the narrow corridor with the noisy air conditioners was a downside. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Ruben who made my breakfast delightful after a long day exploring lovely Cartagena. The location was excellent, although a bit noisy at times, being centrally located among tourists. The dining experience was fantastic with a delicious variety of Colombian specialties. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
