wide selection excellent support
the breakfast included a wide selection of local and international dishes. lucy from the staff provided excellent support, giving me recommendations for local shopping and tourist activities. she replied quickly when i contacted her via whatsapp, this was very helpful. the hotel's location made it easy to walk to many shops and restaurants.
the music from the hallway was audible in my room, this started early in the morning.

the staff offered helpful advice regarding the train schedule on train street (very specific!). breakfast included made-to-order eggs. they also offered vietnamese iced coffee.
the music in the hallway was quite audible in my room.

charming stay in a vibrant area!
helpful information excellent location
i was welcomed warmly by staff! lucy gave me helpful information about local attractions. the hotel's location near the walking street was excellent. i really liked the variety of foods including local dishes at breakfast.
i found the music from the hallway quite loud. i could clearly hear it in my room early in the morning until late at night. this could be bothersome for light sleepers.

the room included two complimentary water bottles daily. there was also a mini fridge available. a kettle for boiling water to make tea. flip flops were provided in the room and toiletries were average!
