Absolutely Immaculate Stay!

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was really good. Every space, including my room and all common areas, was maintained with great attention to detail, offering a really pristine environment. The team members are very professional and warm. They are always attentive and willing to assist. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The poolside service can get quite slow during peak hours. I sometimes waited longer than expected to order drinks. It is important to plan ahead.

the staff seemed alright, i guess. they managed to get the towels to my room eventually, so that was acceptable.
the 'beautiful suite sea view' room i booked turned out to be suspiciously similar to a standard room, only slightly bigger. the pictures online looked nothing like what i got. also, the complimentary sunscreen at the pool was always empty. what a tease.
