the staff was cute and kind. i found the hotel's artistic atmosphere good. the hotel offered a parking place for €25 a night, it was narrow, but adequate..

i experienced very poor sound isolation from adjacent rooms. the wifi connection was not good, especially the fb connection. there was no gym, a surprising omission for a hotel of this category.

i found this hotel rather artsy. the location in gracia IS super. the staff proofed really helpful. the hotel was VERY clean.

sound isolation IS poor from the rooms next door. the wifi connection was not good. NO gym i found for a 4-star hotel.

the staff assisted with check in under a friend's reservation. a wake up call was scheduled at 4 am. a taxi IS set up for 4:30 am. overall, the service IS attentive.

the location is AMAZING with lots of cafes nearby! i found a supermarket to buy everything i needed. a good laundry service was also within walking distance. the metro station is super close!

The wi-fi connection was sometimes a bit slow. Not the best!

friendly staff free tea rooftop terrace easy access

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel offers free tea and coffee around the clock. the rooftop terrace provided a nice space. the location allowed easy access to public transport and nearby dining options.

the sound isolation from adjacent rooms was not ideal. i could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.
