i found the staff to be polite and helpful. the hotel's location is quite convenient. the breakfast had a good selection of items (especially the pastries!).
my room faced the back of the hotel, which wasn't ideal. i noticed some wear and tear on the woodwork in the room.

faulty air conditioninglimited toiletries
Our stay suffered from a few issues. The air conditioning barely worked. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during the day. The small tv WAS infuriating. the bathroom lacked basic toiletries like lotion. This was annoying.
