fairly positive experience
kind staff clean room good location small size limited variety spotty wifi
the staff was really kind. i especially appreciated how clean the rooms were. location was also good, i could easily walk to several attractions nearby.
the room size was smaller than i thought. it made moving around with luggage difficult. there wasn't as much variety at breakfast as i would like, but the food i had tasted alright. also, i had trouble connecting to the wifi sometimes.

The breakfast buffet included many options. There was fresh fruit and pastries available. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and efficient. They made sure all the food items were stocked.
The street outside could be quite noisy AT times. This made it difficult to sleep with the windows open. The shower lacked sufficient water pressure! which impacted the overall experience.

decent stay with some drawbacks
small room bathroom ventilation
the room was smaller than expected it made moving around difficult and storage space was limited a bedside lamp was missing the walls seemed thin i could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway it was hard to relax i found that annoying the bathroom lacked proper ventilation so moisture lingered and a musty smell developed this made it less comfortable

convenient location included toiletries small room up-lighting mildew shower
I found the location really convenient for getting around. Lots of toiletries were included, with slippers and robes provided!!!
My room was quite small, and I noticed up-lighting on the windows that stayed on all night. This meant the room wasn't fully dark, which bothered me. I found mildew in the shower, and the waterfall shower head needed a good clean.

a roman dream come true
central location good array clean room kind staff
I adored the central location. It allowed us to explore the city's heart with such ease. the breakfast each morning reminded me of a gift, a good array that always started our days wonderfully. our room was impeccably clean, it always felt fresh and inviting after a long day of sightseeing. the staff were genuinely kind and helpful.
the elevator was sometimes a bit slow, but it never detracted from our overall experience, it was only a minor inconvenience.

the breakfast selection included fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, and a variety of cheeses, all beautifully presented. i watched as the staff prepared made-to-order omelets, very lovely.

the hotel offered complimentary wifi throughout the premises, i loved how easily i could stay connected. there was also a small but well-equipped fitness center, it included cardio machines and free weights, all impeccably maintained.
