The location was very good. It was close to Piazza di Spagna. The staff was very helpful and provided useful information. The hotel provided free water everyday.
The road noise was loud during the evening. It continued into the early hours of the morning. This was disruptive to sleep. Reception seemed totally disinterested during check in.

i found the staff very cute and swift when handling my requests. the porter was very helpful, especially with my luggage upon arrival. the hotel provided complimentary bottled water, a detail i always appreciate.. it's the small things, you know.
the door to my room seemed thin. i could hear sounds from the corridor, so soundproofing could be better.

the location was great for seeing the city. the room was good and provided everything i needed. the staff was amazing, especially the breakfast staff. they were very helpful and noticed small preferences.
i noticed a very small vanity top. it was mostly taken up by the sink. the lower part had the towels, so there was not much space for personal items. my things were in my bag, and half of my wife's things were kept in her bag.
