Acceptable stay NEAR the station
convenient location helpful staff mould spots old room
The location was very convenient , close to the train station. The staff allowed me to drop off my bags early before my room was ready , and also held them after I checked out.
The photos made the rooms seem newer than they actually were. My room was older , and there were some mould spots on the roof.

The staff brought breakfast to the room. It included several options. The variety was nice and I liked the thoughtful gifts left in the room such as wine and olive oil.
Photos made the rooms look newer. Our room seemed older. There was mould spots on the roof and a stain on the pillow case.

Really good Stay Near Key Attractions!
convenient location complimentary wine jacuzzi feature warm greeting
The location was fantastic. I could easily walk to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The staff greeted me warmly with a complimentary bottle of wine. A jacuzzi in my room provided a great way to relax after a long day.
Finding the hotel initially proved a little tricky. Google Maps showed it on the opposite side of the road.

The hotel provides a sanctuary vibe upon entry. The rooms have really good cleanliness, so I could enjoy my stay without any concerns about hygiene. The staff answered questions and assisted with various needs promptly.

The staff offered very helpful and friendly service throughout my stay. I received a small departure gift which was a thoughtful touch! Coffee, tea, and water are available anytime making the stay more convenient.
