The hotel's location proved ideal. There were Christmas markets close to the hotel. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. The main train station is only a ten-minute walk away.
The rooms had issues. The wi-fi was impossible to use for work. There was no air conditioning. I had to go to the lobby to get some coffee.

I stayed in a 'superior double room kingsize bed' and discovered the wi-fi was basically nonexistent. i needed to do some actual work. I assumed wrongly that the internet would function. also, the breakfast lacked ANY vegetables. it was basically carbs and meat. VERY disappointing

The hotel staff were helpful . They assisted us with directions and recommendations. our room was very spacious allowing us room to unwind. the breakfast each morning included a lovely selection of fresh pastries and fruit. we enjoyed the central location. It was easy to explore many attractions.
the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience during our quiet evenings.

the location was central. shops and restaurants were nearby, a short walk away. our room faced the market, it offered a good view.
the bathroom plumbing presented a problem. the shower caused the bathroom to flood quickly. the drainage was slow, it required us to use short bursts of water to prevent overflow.

The breakfast was acceptable. (at least, i didn't starve)
The bathroom had some issues. Within a short time of turning on the shower, water began to flood the entire bathroom. I had to shower in short bursts to allow it to drain. This was like a design flaw. (i mean, seriously?)

I found the location very convenient. It was close to many shops. The library lounge offered complimentary coffee and a relaxing space, however the view was obstructed. Breakfast included catering for my dietary requirements, and that was very helpful. The staff created a family room, and it was appreciated.
The wi-fi signal was not strong enough to work.
