the breakfast was amazing with many options.
The room i had was a bit of a letdown. It looked tired. the bathroom grout showed visible black mold, quite off-putting. the bed felt springy and cheap, not what i expected for the price i paid.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I was able to leave my luggage after checkout because of a late flight. My room was spacious. The spa facilities were a plus after a busy day.

the location was excellent for my needs it was close to many attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly i appreciated their assistance with directions.
the room temperature was difficult to adjust the controls seemed unresponsive. the bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation resulting in a damp environment after showering.

I booked the hotel particularly for its spa i must say. the yu spa treatment was wonderful. the staff there were so amazing. i experienced smooth check-in and check-out. The hotel stored our luggage until our room was ready upon arrival.
