italian district comfortable suite luggage assistance
the suite was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. the location is great, right in the heart of the italian district. staff helped with my luggage upon my arrival since there were three floors to climb.
the staircase to access the rooms was steep. there were no elevators.

great north end stay
central location inner courtyard comfortable bed extra coffee
The location was excellent. I walked to most attractions without trouble. my room faced an inner courtyard, so street noise was minimal. i found the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. the staff provided extra coffee upon request, a nice touch.
The stairs were a bit steep and narrow. It was a slight challenge with luggage.

decent place in a prime location
central location helpful staff stocked fridge narrow staircase no reception poor soundproofing
The location was awesome! it was super central and close to many attractions. the staff helped a lot with my luggage. There were a few floors to climb. the room included a fridge, stocked with water every day. coffee and tea were also available.
The stairs were very narrow. Steep, and hard to climb. there wasn't an elevator i had to go to the restaurant for everything i needed. There was no reception desk. the internal soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room
noisy room missing equipment
The location was acceptable for seeing the sites.
The room was too noisy because of music from nearby restaurants. The air conditioning unit was only in the living room, so it was too hot in the bedroom at night. There were no pots and pans provided even though there was a stove, so I needed to buy my own.

great location helpful staff steep stairs restaurant noise
the location was seriously amazing i could walk to so many places the staff were so helpful. the room had a nice size i loved the decorations they were really stylish and modern plus it was super clean
the stairs were a bit of a challenge especially with luggage i had to climb three flights and there's no elevator available. also the noise at night from nearby restaurants made it difficult i really needed earplugs to get some sleep
