i found the staff helpful with directions around the area. the proximity to the main train station was also a huge plus. the room included a complimentary minibar which was restocked daily, this included water , juice, and some snacks.
i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in my room , the desk had some scratches.

The staff displayed excellent friendliness and helpfulness. They were always available to assist. the hotel's location proved highly convenient. I could easily reach major attractions. a useful laundry shop is located directly across the street. This made managing laundry simple. the hotel provided a packed breakfast for my early departure. This was a very thoughtful service.
The floor cleanliness was not completely satisfactory upon arrival. This was a minor issue.

I found a grocery store just down the block. It was really useful. our room included both a wine bottle opener and wine glasses, nice for evening relaxation.

the staff were always so helpful and friendly. the location was super convenient. It was easy to get around to see all the sights. i found the breakfast selection varied and tasty with lots of options to start the day right.
the ac in my room was a bit slow to cool things down, though it eventually did the trick!
