i appreciated the clean and modern room. it reminded me of a classic neighborhood location. the staff surprised us by preparing a breakfast box at 4am without us asking (i was very touched by their kindness). everything was within walking distance, a positive since it felt quite safe, even late at night.
the photo online showed an excellent building facade. the hotel occupied only the 4th floor (signage could be clearer).

the hotel is near termini station and the red metro line (easy to reach). the location is on a quiet and pretty piazza. the surrounding area provides convenient access to various amenities.

the termini train station was close. i took an easy walk to the colosseum and some restaurants were fine. the free minibar included water and soda, a real treat.
the hotel building's photo was misleading, it is only on the fourth floor.

The cleanliness was great. The staff was ALWAYS smiling and willing to assist with directions. The breakfast selection offered a wide array of options, including fresh pastries and fruit. I greatly appreciated the availability of a water dispenser offering both sparkling and still water.
The signage outside could be a bit clearer, AS the building houses other businesses.
