I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, ready for us on arrival at 9 am after an overnight flight, and being right on top of the subway system made traveling a breeze. The service was outstanding with knowledgeable and very friendly staff who made every effort to communicate in English. The location was superb, at the center of everything, walking distance to Ginza and Roppongi, with a beautiful view from all rooms and direct access to the subway from the basement of the hotel. The dining options were good, although slightly limited, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with excellent shower and toilet arrangements, and a separate entrance for the coffee and mini bar, making it convenient. The service was helpful and friendly, while the location is within the government district of Tokyo, close to popular attractions. The dining experience varied from chaotic to delicious, with a beautiful Japanese garden setting. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with compartmentalization using sliding doors. The huge shower and bath added to the perfect experience. The service was top-notch, especially by the Concierge team who efficiently organized my transfers and tours. The location was excellent, close to great restaurants and bars, and right above the metro line. However, the dining options were limited and quite expensive. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location was ideal, close to main attractions and with fantastic city views. The dining options, however, fell short for longer stays.
