The staff were very helpful with recommendations for eating places, maps, and weather information. I received a delicious wine and cookies gift as a VIP. That was very nice! The hotel's location is excellent for both shopping and sightseeing. Made everything very convenient.
The room's blackout curtains showed some wear and tear. This slightly impacted my sleep.

The hotel is close to the subway station exit number six, providing very convenient access to the subway. There is direct access to an underground street from the hotel's lower level. Airport bus 6701 stops right at the hotel entrance.

The fitness studio contains extensive equipment for various workout types including a stretch and yoga area. The pool is 20 meters long. I saw the lobby was gorgeous. Everything seemed efficient.

The doormen opened taxi doors, carried luggage, and even brought a scale to weigh our luggage when we were leaving. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. I noticed the cleaning service provided fresh towels and replenished amenities daily.
