minor issues during stay
musty carpet cleanliness issues
the location proved excellent for accessing various sightseeing spots.
The cleanliness was a concern as the carpet in my room smelled musty. A deep clean clearly was needed. this caused me to sneeze repeatedly . the flooding and other strange sensations at night further ruined what could have been a much better stay.

helpful staff delicious gift convenient location
The staff were very helpful with recommendations for eating places, maps, and weather information. I received a delicious wine and cookies gift as a VIP. That was very nice! The hotel's location is excellent for both shopping and sightseeing. Made everything very convenient.
The room's blackout curtains showed some wear and tear. This slightly impacted my sleep.

The hotel is close to the subway station exit number six, providing very convenient access to the subway. There is direct access to an underground street from the hotel's lower level. Airport bus 6701 stops right at the hotel entrance.

The fitness studio contains extensive equipment for various workout types including a stretch and yoga area. The pool is 20 meters long. I saw the lobby was gorgeous. Everything seemed efficient.

The doormen opened taxi doors, carried luggage, and even brought a scale to weigh our luggage when we were leaving. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. I noticed the cleaning service provided fresh towels and replenished amenities daily.

My room had plenty of light and was easy to adjust to my preferences. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. I liked that the room was quiet despite the central location.

the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel is close to public transportation. i find the location very convenient, it is near shopping areas. club lounge happy hour, it has local and western foods.
The gym is in another building across the street. This is uncomfortable.
