professional staffserene atmospheretasty coffee
the location was great with several restaurants within a short walk i enjoyed the convenience the room provided a serene atmosphere and the front desk staff was professional i observed a bellman offer a treat to a guest's dog. the room offered many thoughtful elements and a relaxing setting i had breakfast that included tasty flat white coffee a fresh fruit bowl and a warm muffin
i noticed no noise insulation between floors the scraping of chairs woke me i could hear sounds from above

soft bedsunreliable thermostat
the room looked stylish at first, yet was not very practical. beds are very soft. sofa was stiff. shower water spilled all over the floor. i asked for a microwave, but there was no offer. the thermostat was also unreliable.

The room featured a beautiful king 1 bed, which i found very comfortable. housekeeping provided daily service. This is rare these days. the hotel has a great location near a metro station.
the kitchenette had no kettle or microwave and that was a bit inconvenient. the fridge was a mini fridge and it didn't have much space. the reception area looked a little scruffy, and i expected more.
