I walked into my room around 8 in the morning on a serene Sunday and was greeted by fresh orchids, making the atmosphere very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a historic place linked to the royal Thai family, which adds a unique charm to the experience of exploring old Bangkok and temples. The service here is exceptional and the location is simply amazing, right next to the MRT, museum, Wat Pho, and the river. The dining experience offers a fantastic restaurant with a river view but might be a bit small. Overall, a great stay with beautiful surroundings and attentive service.

I cannot rave enough about my stay at Chakrabongse Villas! The room was absolutely stunning, with its own entrance on an upper level, tastefully furnished all in teakwood. The spacious bathroom and the enormous terrace with a daybed, sun loungers, and dining area were just exceptional. However, the room seemed a bit battered and ramshackle, which was a bit of a letdown. The location on the Riverview Suite was perfect for soaking in the views.
