the closet in my room was broken, thats was not good. toilet lights wasnt working proper too. i dont like that the staff wasn't helpful with my luggage during the rain. the room service did not cleaned sink properly it was still dirty when i come back.

The bedroom was a good size.
The swimming pool was closed. I was not informed about the closure before my arrival, quite disappointing. The pool was one of the main reasons I chose this place. the bedding felt very rigid.

i loved how easy it was to get around the city from here! check-in was easy, i had basic toiletries and coffee and tea ready, super convenient after a long journey. housekeeping was daily and i really appreciate the staffs, it was a smooth experience.
The bed was a little firmer than i usually prefer. It could be softer!
