the staff offered clear instructions at all times. the location was quite central to many attractions. they upgraded my room to a superior double room because it was available, a very nice gesture.
the maids were a bit noisy early in the morning.

the address given was not for the actual check-in location. i had to walk several minutes to another building with luggage. the room was also depressingly small and dark. (i should have just stayed home).

the staff were attentive, answering questions. they also provided directions when asked. i found complimentary water bottles and snacks in my room, which i thought was thoughtful. the location made exploring convenient with the park across the street.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I heard street noise at times.

friendly stafffree coffeeminimalist design
the staff was friendly. they provided free coffee and tea access, a nice touch (i always appreciate that!). my room included a minimalist design, but i found it had everything i needed.
The maids were a bit noisy in the morning. I heard them dropping things.
