the staff were helpful and friendly they clearly prioritize customer service. my room was clean and all the amenities i needed were available. i appreciated that the hotel celebrated the festive season with guests they gave free drinks wine and chocolate to each room a very thoughtful touch.
the gym hours were not ideal for me the gym opened quite late at 9am. i also had to ask for a key every day it was inconvenient. i would have preferred earlier hours and easier access.

The breakfast included a full buffet. friendly faces greeted me at the restaurant. i also had a fantastic dinner of fine spanish cuisine. the staff was helpful and professional. The reception staff was particularly helpful.
The room was noisy. I could hear footsteps from the room above. vibrations occurred when chairs moved on the hard flooring.

fernando was incredibly service-minded; i give him five stars. the concierge opened a glass of cava for me. service was outstanding; i received fantastic tips for cocktails, food and a pleasant evening.

The rooftop bar lounge area WAS awesome. The staff suggested and booked our restaurants each night for amazing tapas. The hotel location is near the sea and the promenade.
The shower was in the bathtub , a setup i do not appreciate. My room had noise due to footsteps from the room above , THAT was quite bothersome. Vibration noises occurred whenever furniture moved upstairs.
