The staff showed such kindness. They stored our luggage before check-in. our room was always clean. It felt so refreshing. the location proved perfect. It allowed easy walks to both the train station and the heart of everything.
the bathroom was quite small, with very limited space for personal items. this made it a little challenging, especially when trying to organize toiletries. a bit more room in that area would have helped greatly.

the service was lovely, each staff member showed genuine care and warmth! they seemed happy to assist; they wanted to ensure we felt welcomed. it made a real difference.

The room I had was not good The wallpaper was falling off the walls I could also hear everything in the neighbouring rooms The bathroom was not very clean either.
