adequate stay with some issues

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food.

The room wasn't very clean. I noticed dust everywhere in the bathroom. there were also dark spots in the shower. the cleaning personnel didn't seem to do much during daily housekeeping . the door lock didn't work properly, and it took many attempts to lock or unlock it.

fantastic employee detailed attention great location

lorenzo at the reception booked a dinner for us at balus restaurant, wonderful. i was grateful for the detailed attention in the room and the tasty breakfast buffet (i really enjoyed the variety of options). the hotel location was great for me, very close to the station and a short walk from many shops.

the coffee pods in my room were not replenished . i do not know why there was a coffee machine without any pods.

The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices. The front desk was very helpful. I found the location convenient because of its proximity to the train station. This made travel very easy.

The air conditioning was turned off on the 10th-15th. I experienced limited air movement in the room as a result. I found the internet access unreliable after 10:00 pm.
