friendly staff clean room generous breakfast
the staff was friendly and very helpful. the room was clean. breakfast was served until noon (i found this particularly useful).

charming stay near everything
helpful staff welcome bottle convenient location
the staff assisted me with local recommendations and taxi arrangements, a lovely touch. i was greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine in my room, such a nice surprise. the hotel's location allowed me to easily walk from the train station and explore nearby attractions.
the breakfast selection could have used slightly more variety.

The room was spacious and new. i found a coffee machine, tea, and a minibar there. the bed was big and comfortable. I slept very well.

this hotel is near the city center, so very convenient. it took me only 15-20 minutes to walk to the duomo. i found many shops and restaurants along the way

the staff was friendly and cute. anam made fabulous espresso every morning. when i requested a quieter room, they moved me to the quiet side. i was very thankful.

the breakfast had great variety i found the room spacious enough for a comfortable stay the location provided easy access to nearby attractions it made exploring convenient
