the staff assisted me with local recommendations and taxi arrangements, a lovely touch. i was greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine in my room, such a nice surprise. the hotel's location allowed me to easily walk from the train station and explore nearby attractions.

the breakfast selection could have used slightly more variety.
