I loved the hotel's location, it was downtown! purified water was available for free on every floor plus coffee and tea were always ready in the living room club. the gym was a nice bonus. I really enjoyed the elephant & castle restaurant with its amazing staff and delicious breakfasts! i'll definitely be back.
the drink vending machine wasn't working, the card reader gave an error and didn't take cash. it was kind of annoying!

The staff was helpful with directions. The location was near many historical sites, and I appreciate this. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Free water bottles are available, and I value that.
The AC made a lot of noise. I was expecting better attention to detail given the price. I contacted them about a shirt I left in the closet, but they said it disappeared. I thought the hotel would handle this situation better, but it did not happen.

The front desk staff was awesome and very cute upon arrival. I loved that the place was really nice (it felt so fancy!). My room was quite spacious and very clean. it was surprisingly quiet. I wish I had booked a few more nights, as I got such a good sleep there!
The pillows on the bed were not comfortable. I also found that some electrical outlets in the bathroom and bedside table didn't work. It was inconvenient I had to use the outlet on the study desk to charge my phone and to use the hair dryer.
