The Eliot Hotel is known for its spacious and comfortable rooms, some even upgraded to suites, and is appreciated for its proximity to Newbury Street for shopping and Fenway Park for concerts. Many guests enjoy the convenience of having a coffee bar with a fridge in their suite and find the location ideal, with the Harvard Club next door offering breakfast and dinner. While most find the rooms well-maintained and clean, some guests have mentioned issues like the small size of some rooms and windows or doors sticking.

The room was very spacious, and I found it comfortable. The room cleaning was excellent, and the service was very good. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, but the Wi-Fi was slow! Large umbrellas were available to keep residents dry during the rain.
The hotel needed remodeling! The bathroom was small. There was no counter space. The bathroom door would not stay closed. It could not open all the way without hitting the nightstand.
