spacious room friendly staff small bathroom no counter
The room was very spacious, and I found it comfortable. The room cleaning was excellent, and the service was very good. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, but the Wi-Fi was slow! Large umbrellas were available to keep residents dry during the rain.
The hotel needed remodeling! The bathroom was small. There was no counter space. The bathroom door would not stay closed. It could not open all the way without hitting the nightstand.

helpful staff perfect location spacious suite
i found the staff helpful and kind. the hotel has a perfect location for walking. i had plenty of space in the suite.
the bathroom is very small and could use remodeling.

The breakfast is served in a japanese restaurant. It has a normal selection, and they use the tables available. the restaurant turns into a japanese restaurant in the evening and has good reviews. the food was AMAZING!!!

the suite offers a spacious layout with a bar area, an entrance, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small closet. water bottles were restocked directly in the room twice daily. the room was immaculate!!!

i loved the customer service, everyone was so kind and helpful. the rooms were really gorgeous, so clean! i found it so easy to get to all the places i wanted to see, the staff gave me great directions.
My room was tiny! the bathroom reminded me of it belonged in an office, so small. i couldn't even close the door without hitting the nightstand, annoying. the hotel really needs a remodel. It feels old.

the staff was really helpful and kind. the location is certainly a plus. i thought the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable too.
the bathroom was small. there's virtually no counter space, and the toilet reminded me of what you'd find in a workplace. the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed properly and bumped into the nightstand.

the staff was attentive to requests. location provides easy access. i found the lobby to have a cute atmosphere. complimentary cookies were a nice gesture upon arrival. i did appreciate the cleanliness .
the bathroom space felt a bit confined. it limited counter space. the door also posed a slight inconvenience. it didn't stay fully closed easily.

I was very impressed with the staff! the service was great, and i loved the nice amenities. the location is super nice, and i could walk to many local attractions. I felt good about what i got. the room was clean and spacious, and i found it very inviting! the hotel's exterior was gorgeously decorated for the holiday season, it was one of the prettiest displays i have ever seen.
The bathroom was small! i felt the toilet was similar to one you would find in a workplace. the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed properly. It could not be opened fully without hitting the nightstand.
