a okay stay
great location helpful staff refillable water elevator situation extensive wait room cleaning
the location was great, i was near many places i wanted to visit. the staff was nice and always ready to help, it was grateful. the complimentary water bottles was convenient, outside the room.
the elevator situation was not good, only one was working. the wait times was extensive, a real inconvenience. the room cleaning wasnt every day, it was not good.

sealed window sauna room
The location is pretty great i suppose. some attractions are close by. I guess that's acceptable.
The temperature control was ridiculous. i could only increase it. I couldn't lower it! the room turned into a sauna, and of course, the window was sealed shut. sleeping was pretty much impossible.

ineffective thermostat basic soap
i had a few small issues. the temperature control in the room wasn't very effective, though there was a thermostat, it didn't seem to change anything (it mostly just turned on a loud fan). also, i was surprised that basic hand soap wasn't provided. having to potentially pay extra for something so essential felt a little cheap.

great location laundry facility
The hotel boasts a great location near major attractions. The guest laundry facility helped a lot with packing for my three week trip.
The hotel depends on only two elevators to service many floors so waits were often long.

adequate stay, but with minor issues
excellent location google chromecast torn curtain missing tissue
the location was excellent! it made exploring convenient. self-service water bottles were very useful. the google chromecast on the tv allowed me to watch my shows.
the room curtain was torn and dirty. tissue paper was missing from the room. i requested luggage racks and additional towels, but they never arrived even after i asked multiple times.

convenient stay downtown
great location coffee machine
The location suited my needs well (i had an event nearby). the room featured chilled water stations, very useful. i appreciated the complimentary coffee machine. the room had a nice view of the city. It was an ideal way to start my days.
the automated check-in process was a bit slow, requiring me to input all my information at a kiosk. i would have preferred a quicker, more personal check-in experience.
