great locationblue line trainfriendly stafftiny roommaid serviceuncomfortable bedding
the location is great. it is one block from the blue line train from o'hare and convenient to all train lines. theatres and millennium park are a short walk. the staff is friendly.
the room was clean but tiny. they told us that, since i was only staying two nights, i would not have maid service. on night two, i came back to the room after a tiring day. the bedding was uncomfortable.
