The lobby has a water feature that creates a peaceful background sound. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly I found this valuable. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby each morning a service I used.
The room was small and hitting the corner of the bed happened often. The window view was an alley with dumpsters I did not like that.

The cleanliness was perfect. I found bowls of food for dogs out front, it was a cute touch. I enjoyed a cappuccino prepared by Elena, it tasted amazing!!! Aldo at the front desk allowed me to store my bags. I could sightsee before heading to the airport, this helped me a lot.
The TV turned on by itself during the night, slightly bothersome.

the bartender ben was great! he answered all my questions about the different drinks. his service was appreciated. the hotel service and staff were respectful and greeted us with friendly attitudes.
i found the room to be quite small. my travel partner and i had difficulty placing our luggage. i also noted the bed was smaller than advertised. it did not seem to be queen size.

The hotel did refurbishment. This project finished quickly the next day. My room was spacious. It had a nice view to the north. I found the location perfect. It was very close to everything in River North.
The walls was very thin. I could hear most noises in the next room.
