Tacine at the front desk displayed true PASSION and patience. She answered all questions i had. Jose was also super friendly. He definitely set a high standard for customer service. The room was IMMACULATE and comfortable, with a lovely view.

The security guard hassled my friends in the lobby.

The hotel is close to the ballet and the north end. Everything is very accessible. A tea party tour is only a two-minute walk from here. EVERYTHING is conveniently located.

foul odor rotting food

The location was acceptable, near the aquarium.

I was excited about my stay, but I was disappointed (it was supposed to be a special occasion). I am an IHG Platinum member, yet there was no acknowledgement or recognition at check-in. Once I got to my room, I found a strong, foul odor. I discovered rotting Chinese food left by a previous guest in the enclosed cubby above the refrigerator, really upsetting.

Fantastic Waterfront Getaway!

The room was super clean with comfortable accommodations. I especially liked the beds. They were comfortable beds! The staff was friendly, and they tried to accommodate every need I had. The gym had a well-equipped area, and my daughter enjoyed the pool.

I wish the hotel provided in-room coffee makers for early mornings. That would improve the experience!

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. The restaurant had comfortable seating and a quiet atmosphere. I could relax and enjoy my meal each morning. I appreciated the prompt service.

That was frustrating. the rooms needed a bit of an update. Some furniture was dinged up.
