the front desk people were EXTREMELY helpful. they worked hard to ensure my trip was special, and i appreciate it. the staff, especially leo at the front desk and elon in housekeeping, showed great kindness. i thank them FOR their help.
The room lighting seemed strange. The main switch controlled a small light in the entrance. other light sources came from different lamps. THIS was confusing. the balcony door was hard to lock. water went everywhere in the shower. The shower curtain placement was weird.

the hotel location proved convenient for exploring the city. the staff was helpful throughout my stay. i found the water machine downstairs quite useful. i particularly enjoyed the welcome treat i received after an evening out.
I noticed some areas could benefit from a refresh, particularly the carpets in the hallways. They seemed a bit old.

the staff was so helpful, especially thomas, he guided us with a map, such a dear. the location felt safe and had many dining spots so close, reminded me of a dream. the hotel had so much beauty with cleanliness and food of excellence, i felt so blessed.
the rooms felt not very clean, with dust and stains on the beds, it saddened me a little. parking felt quite expensive for the daily rate, it should be better for the cost, my love.

the location is really convenient near common and the bus tour stops. i found the rooftop bar to be a nice spot for drinks. the beautiful double queen room was spacious. staff promptly brought a fridge and extra hangers within ten minutes of my request.
the daily 'resort fee' felt steep. it included things like bottled water and wifi, which was like they should be standard.

The staff was indeed friendly and helpful . The location allowed simple navigation around the area. The room was near shops and many different restaurants.
The hotel exterior and lobby looks very inviting however, the room quality is poor. The floors of the bathroom look dirty, the table top mirror didn't work and the wallpaper was peeling. The bedding on one of the beds , looked like dried blood on the comforter and the sheets appear to have some form of oil based stains on it, disgusting.
