After driving all day, we were pleasantly surprised by the huge and very stylish rooms at the hotel. The service amidst the chaos and clutter behind the bar was excellent, with prompt and polite front desk assistance. The fabulous location, walking distance to Nationwide Arena and North Market, made our stay very convenient. The dining experience was very good, but the price of $16.00 per person for breakfast seemed unreasonably expensive. The facilities provided added to our overall positive experience at the hotel.

The hotel was spacious and clean, offering a great size room that smelled amazing upon arrival. It provided a perfect space to do activities beyond just sleeping, like playing games or cards in the couch area. However, the hotel can improve by enhancing the friendliness of both front desk and restaurant staff. The service was excellent, with prompt delivery of extra coffee K cups when requested.

The hotel room was nice and clean, with a great response from maintenance. However, the room smelled extremely musty, had dirty carpet, no remote for the TV, and the bed had hair in it.
