the staff was always smiling and eager to assist, providing really good service from check-in to check-out. i particularly appreciated the breakfast, with many delicious cook-to-order options. the room upgrade was a good surprise.
i noticed a slightly slow response time when i requested additional towels one evening , it took longer than expected.

the breakfast had MANY options served on the patio. the location was central. the room WAS big and well decorated. I found the walk in shower very spacious. the staff assisted with car parking very quickly.
i noticed some noise at night from other rooms.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices and tasted fine.
Upon arrival, the welcome felt cold, the receptionists stared me down. The room was too hot. They told me the air conditioning wasn't on because it was winter, this did not make any sense.

the banging sound from other guests bothered me. i contacted the front desk. they could not locate the source of the noise.
