central convenience and apartment comfort
central location helpful staff laundry facilities secure building
the apartment's central location provided excellent access to public transport. i found the staff cute and helpful at all times, a definite plus. the apartment included laundry facilities, which proved convenient for our stay. the building felt very secure, i noticed.
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture, it detracted slightly from the otherwise excellent condition.

convenient location clean apartment friendly staff slow sink worn furniture small tear
I found the location quite convenient. It was close to Piccadilly and Oxford Road stations. I also appreciated that the staff was friendly. The apartment was clean. I think that is important.
The bathroom sink drained slowly. It was a minor issue, though a bit annoying. I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. The sofa arm had a small tear.

unavailable space non-functioning television
The apartment was spacious enough.
Our assigned parking space was not available upon arrival. This caused considerable inconvenience. The television in the bedroom did not function. This was a clear oversight. I reported these issues, though no resolution occurred . I expect better attention to detail.
