The staff members proved friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness standards were maintained well. I found the interior design details (the lighting fixtures, for example) quite amazing.

The service in the restaurant felt a little slow, even though it was not busy. Some peeling paint was present near the windows. I found the toilet difficult to flush.

The staff was polite and helpful. Monica provided excellent service at reception and in the bar. The room was decorated to a high standard and very clean. I ate in the dining room and the food was tasty.

The bar menu did not list all wines.

excellent location lovely staff fresh breakfast

i found the location excellent. it was quiet and safe. staff were lovely. breakfast was very tasty. the breakfast was freshly cooked too. it was great value for money.

temperamental flush dust layer

I encountered a couple of problems. The toilet flush was temperamental. It took several tries. The bedside lamps released a plume of dust when switched on. A layer of dust was visible on top of the electric sockets near the bed.

the staff was great, especially the lady looking after breakfast. she made sure i had gluten-free options and arranged an early breakfast. the dinners were good too, with excellent attention to my gluten allergy. i found excellent customer service .

the bedroom window didn't shut completely, the room got cold. the iron also didn't work.

Excellent Stay!

ample parking warm welcome comfortable stay

The exterior looked fantastic, offering plenty of parking. The welcome at reception was warm and genuine. The room, a Double Room, was large and spotlessly clean. It had everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The menu offered a large variety, and the food was AMAZING!!!

My room lacked water, and the TV remote needed some extra effort to function properly. The exterior lights also made the room not dark enough at night.

The manager ensured a comfortable and warm atmosphere from arrival. Kind and proficient service was evident throughout my visit. The staff clearly take pride in their roles. New members received tactful training.

The room included a large bed and a spacious shower which i liked. Ample parking was available, a great convenience. Public areas and the bar had nice decoration.

The restaurant service was quite slow, even when the restaurant was not crowded.
