the staff demonstrated really good friendliness and efficiency. breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. the hotel's situation is ideal, a short walk from key attractions. i found the provided tea selection, including herbal options, a nice touch.
the water pressure in the shower fluctuated slightly during peak hours, a minor inconvenience.

The location was amazing and so close to historic sites, it added such charm to my stay. the staff were cute. Their kindness created a warm, inviting environment. the cottage was beautifully clean. I felt pampered.
The lack of a working tv in the apartment was a small frustration. I missed unwinding with a show.

the staff provided fresh milk upon request, it was a good touch that added to my morning tea. they were very attentive to details, always with a gentle smile.

the breakfast was lovely, it included locally sourced ingredients and homemade jams, a true delight. sitting outside with a drink, right in the middle of everything, was amazing!!! the setting provided relaxation and a sense of immersion.

The room offered a castle view. The staff recommended a pub for Mother's Day. The room was clean and the bath was large. Breakfast offered many choices.
Furnishings and decor looked somewhat exhausted in public areas.

The hotel is near the castle walls. It is located around the corner from the cathedral. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance from the hotel. The area becomes quiet after 11 pm.

cold sausagesdirty kettle
I encountered some issues i found FRUSTRATING. The breakfast, though included, left something to be desired. My vegetarian sausages were not properly heated. They seemed to have come straight from the freezer. The lack of proper temperature control for the food was a letdown and detracted from the morning meal. ALSO, the kettle in the room was old and looked quite dirty, it made ME reluctant to use it.
