cold sausages dirty kettle

I encountered some issues i found FRUSTRATING. The breakfast, though included, left something to be desired. My vegetarian sausages were not properly heated. They seemed to have come straight from the freezer. The lack of proper temperature control for the food was a letdown and detracted from the morning meal. ALSO, the kettle in the room was old and was quite dirty, it made ME reluctant to use it.
