tranquil retreat close to everything

private transport pleasant scent

The staff were attentive to my needs . they arranged private transport to another city. The price was fair and the service perfect. the room had special touches, like a pleasant scent .

The hotel consists of two separate properties. i was not told in advance i would stay at the second hotel. it was a short walk down an alleyway. It felt a little unsafe walking there at night to get to the pool.

The staff was amazing and remembered my name. I also received recommendations for the area upon check-in. The provided bicycles made it easy to explore the surroundings. Everything is flat there.

The hotel is split across two properties. I was not informed in advance that I was staying at the second hotel, a few minutes walk down an alleyway. The walk felt unsafe at night. The bed was hard.

I adored the rooftop pool. the banana shakes tasted so good. my room overlooked a tranquil view. And the staff, particularly anne, seemed genuinely warm and helpful.

my only small concern involved limited closet space in the room. it would have been nice to have a bit more room for my clothes.

malfunctioning safe outdated equipment

The in-room safe malfunctioned frequently. I had to call maintenance multiple times. The gym equipment seemed outdated. Some machines were out of service. A wider selection of teas at breakfast should be available. Current options are limited. The soundproofing was inadequate as I heard noise from the street and nearby rooms.

the breakfast was great, it had many choices. miss lynn gave us tips and she suggested areas for visit, it was invaluable.

the wifi it was terrible and it didn't worked. beds where very hard and uncomfortable, i not like that.
