Excellent Community Support Hotel
spacious room rooftop pool custom omelets
I appreciate that the room was very spacious. It included a separate seating area. The hotel features a rooftop pool with city views. Breakfast had fresh fruit and custom omelets.
The shower water was cold at night. That was a little inconvinient.

Really good stay!
friendly staff good food nice pools tuk-tuk service
The staff were ALWAYS friendly and were pretty good. I found the breakfast options to be very good. The two pools provided nice relaxation. I also liked that a tuk-tuk was always available right outside the hotel.
The gym equipment selection WAS a little limited.

My king room was very spacious and included a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning WORKED well. The fridge and kettle in the room were a nice touch.

I was upgraded upon arrival. My room had tasteful décor and provided comfort. The staff members were helpful and the tuk-tuk service with the hotel offered reasonably priced and convenient transportation. A one-dollar charge covered transportation to the town. The staff went beyond their normal duties to help. The tuk-tuk drivers are amazing!!!
I requested streaming services before I booked, but I did not receive a response. The shower has only a rainfall shower head, not a wand. A rainfall shower is suitable to wet your head, yet I prefer to power rinse.

friendly staff tasty food well-kept pool quick resolution
I found the staff friendly. The food was tasty and I liked the variety. The pool area was well kept and a nice spot to relax after temple visits.
I had a very minor issue with the card machine, but they resolved it quickly.

the staff was very attentive. they remembered my name. the restaurant had delicious food sourced from local farmers. the two pools provided a relaxing escape from the heat.
the lack of a wand in the shower was inconvenient. only a rainfall shower head was available. the location required transport to most places. the noise level at 8 am was disruptive.
