I appreciate that the room was very spacious. It included a separate seating area. The hotel features a rooftop pool with city views. Breakfast had fresh fruit and custom omelets.

The shower water was cold at night. That was a little inconvinient.

The staff were ALWAYS friendly and were really nice. I found the breakfast options to be very good. The two pools provided nice relaxation. I also liked that a tuk-tuk was always available right outside the hotel.

The gym equipment selection WAS a little limited.

I was upgraded upon arrival. My room had tasteful décor and provided comfort. The staff members were helpful and the tuk-tuk service with the hotel offered reasonably priced and convenient transportation. A one-dollar charge covered transportation to the town. The staff went beyond their normal duties to help. The tuk-tuk drivers are amazing!!!

I requested streaming services before I booked, but I did not receive a response. The shower has only a rainfall shower head, not a wand. A rainfall shower is suitable to wet your head, yet I prefer to power rinse.

I found the staff friendly. The food was tasty and I liked the variety. The pool area was well-kept and a nice spot to relax after temple visits.

I had a very minor issue with the card machine, but they resolved it quickly.
