The staff were friendly and helpful!!! the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the room was spacious, and the loft design was unique and very cool. i really loved the usb charging ports next to the bed. It was super convenient.

i found the location quite convenient. it was an easy walk to the river and nearby restaurants. the swimming pool was a decent size for laps. the loft room had double height windows, and i enjoyed the views.

i had some trouble getting a tax invoice for business purposes. it took several days and a call to a local representative to resolve the issue. i also noted the hotel would not provide perks such as a cafe voucher.
