comfortable bed separate shower quick service
the classic king room had a comfortable bed. i found a separate shower and bath in the bathroom, AND i enjoyed the modern fixtures! the rooftop terrace provided amazing views. the staff at the restaurant offered quick service and delicious food.
the gym felt a little small.

pillow delay inconsistent service
I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. My request for extra pillows seemed to get lost, and it took three phone calls and over an hour for them to arrive. The promised turndown service was also inconsistent. It only happened one night out of my four-night stay. I found this lack of attention to detail surprising for a hotel of this caliber. The basement location of my assigned room was also unsettling.

the room was spacious. it had a sofa bed, useful. the buffet breakfast featured A WONDERFUL selection. staff was attentive and polite.
the hotel is located a LITTLE far from some tourist attractions.

I found the room very spacious and clean. the bathroom was big and very clean. i also appreciated the big window. It let in plenty of natural light.
I found the pool area easily crowded. The pool looked a lot bigger on the website. breakfast was poor. the hotel took all the tables out of action at the pool bar on thursday.

the breakfast was delicious. the staff in the restaurant were very attentive. the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable.
The noise outside was loud. It made sleep difficult. the hotel played loud music. my room was too close to the music source.

great hotel
quick response excellent wifi
the hotel staff responded to inquiries quickly check in and check out were smooth internet wifi worked great the room size was excellent i recommend this hotel. i found the club lounge and its staff to be fantastic i would definitely recommend it i will consider intercontinental properties for future travel.
the noise outside was deafening and made it impossible to sleep i do not recommend this hotel if you want a good night's sleep it is unfair of hotels to play such loud music so close to rooms.

Excellent Hotel Experience
excellent service suite upgrade friendly staff attentive service
the customer service was excellent, with every staff member going the extra mile. elizabeth, the manager, warmly greeted me and provided a surprise upgrade to a one bedroom suite with a balcony. pula and carmen provided very attentive service during breakfast in the lounge. luis was also very friendly and helpful with afternoon tea and evening canapés.
i did find the minibar charge a little unfortunate, as similar ihg group hotels sometimes include it.

the room was large and spotlessly clean on the fifth floor. it had well furnished interiors and provided ample space for relaxation. the one bedroom king suite features a comfortable sofa bed and a balcony.
