the breakfast had a great variety. the location was central but not overly touristic. the staff, especially mohamed at the front door, was great.
The taxi from the airport was expensive. Traffic was heavy. there were delays at check-in. Only two stations were manned. the room showers had very poor pressure.

the hotel is in a great location with public transportation and shopping within walking distance. the staff was professional and helpful, especially emerson and cinta. i stayed on the 11th floor. the view was lovely! the rooftop bar was fine.
i found that an electric plug in the toilet or bath was needed. a mirror over the desk area would have been useful too.

The employees. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the care shown to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooftop is wonderful. It has everything whether you're there to swim, work, or unwind with a drink and tapas.
