The location proved convenient, near metro stops. the staff offered genuine warmth. the room included a comfy bed and an abundance of pillows. i appreciated the provision of a refillable water tap on our floor. It added a touch of thoughtfulness.
i found that the breakfast selection, though tasty, could benefit from more variety. it would elevate the dining experience to match the hotel's other really good aspects.

The staff was very attentive to my needs. Everything in my Double or Twin Room was fully functional. The breakfast was amazing. Such a treat!
The hotel threw a party in the bar area until very late! It kept me awake nearly all night even on an upper floor. I really didn't sleep well! I would have appreciated knowing about this beforehand. This was not a pleasant surprise, especially since I value rest.
