spacious room available staff great service
i stayed in a poolside balcony room and it was fantastic! the room was spacious and so clean. the staff was always available and ready to help with anything i needed.
the hot water ran out quickly, requiring short showers.

Acceptable stay with some disappointments
high humidity mould
The staff were helpful and they provided recommendations.
The room was located on the ground floor and it smelled unhealthy. There was mould on the walls shower and ceiling. Cockroaches were present due to the high humidity and the shower drain was clogged.

Amazing Hospitality and Excellent Service!
cute staff clean room convenient location
I found the staff cute. Queen made a great first impression! She really were really nice. My room was very clean and quite spacious. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It was easy to get around.
The gym was disappointing. It lacked some essential equipment. I think updating it would enhance guests' experiences.

Breakfast offered various options. I found it quite nice. I noticed they prepared a takeaway breakfast with early flights, a very thoughtful service. There is a breakfast restaurant only.

The reception desk offered professional service and welcomed me with refreshments. I was grateful. Staff helped carry our bags during check-in. They also provided helpful suggestions for local attractions, very appreciated.

There are two pools available . I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. There is attention to detail within the design. There is also a fish pond near one of the pools.
