The staff were helpful and they provided recommendations.
The room was located on the ground floor and it smelled unhealthy. There was mould on the walls shower and ceiling. Cockroaches were present due to the high humidity and the shower drain was clogged.

I found the staff cute. Queen made a great first impression! She really were really nice. My room was very clean and quite spacious. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It was easy to get around.
The gym was disappointing. It lacked some essential equipment. I think updating it would enhance guests' experiences.
